Since it was founded in January 2000, the Snell Consultancy has been successfully providing Information Technology (IT) consulting services to a number of private and public sector clients.

Snell Consultancy’s primary expertise is in IT Strategy creation and formulation. Where requested by our clients we will also assist in setting up, establishing and managing the Programme Management Office (PMO) required for overseeing the successful delivery of the desired strategic change.

Our consultancy offerings include the following:

  • Bespoke training: 1-2 day `IT Strategy: IT Director Success Kit’ course, tailored for your company. A high intensity training seminar, teaching and IT strategy key tools and techniques that you can use at each stage of the IT strategy creation and deliver process.
  • Deep Dive Workshops: a series of 1 day `deep dive’ workshops to help you focus on key strategic IT issues, define and mobilise IT transformation initiatives
  • IT Maturity Assessment: review of your IT organisation and key strategic capabilities.
  • `Game Changers’: leadership of client and consultant teams to quickly research, define and plan game changing
  • IT Strategy Projects: We have assisted or managed IT and telecommunications strategy projects in consultant, project manager and interim management roles for small, medium and large scale
  • Programme Management: We bring process, tools and experience to plan and deliver large IT and business change programmes.
